November 6, 2009. The single, greatest attack on Xbox Live was delivered and by George, we invaded! The Invasion was a tremendous amount of fun and I wanted to thank everyone involved. All of the website articles, blogs and tweets about The Invasion went a long way in making for a successful attack.
There were some surprise giveaways during the night for those who played with the secret Gamertag. Several gamers won a cool T-shirt for an upcoming FPS. You could say that they’re in “bad company” now. The two ultimate prize winners though were GameSkills (Hardened Edition) and Str8Nasty786 (Regular Edition). Congratulations you two and thanks for attacking!
The feedback was great and seeing everyone with their motto representing the invasion was even better. I took some pics and other items to serve as memories of the event. You can check a few of them out by clicking here. There’s something even better in the works so stay tuned. And we’ll hopefully be able to organize more attacks across more networks.
